Is this only for women leaving a narcissistic partner?
No. It is for any woman breaking free from narcissistic and emotional abuse in any relationship: a partner, a parent, a sibling, a friend, a boss, or church hurt. And it is for every stage, whether you left last week or years ago and still cannot fully put it down.
Is it really free?
