These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Bloom (the "App"), operated by Soul Navigators ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Bloom is a faith-based, educational, and supportive app for people recovering from narcissistic abuse and high-conflict relationships. It offers Bible content, devotionals, prayer and journaling tools, recovery challenges, supportive content, and Solana, an AI companion.
Bloom is for general educational, spiritual, and supportive purposes only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or care. Bloom does not provide therapy, counseling, or legal services.
Solana is an automated AI tool, not a licensed professional, therapist, counselor, attorney, or member of the clergy. Solana can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you should not rely on it for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions. Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional for your specific situation.
Bloom is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, contact your local emergency number right away. In the United States, you can call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
We do not promise any specific result or outcome from using the App.
Any recipes, meal plans, or fasting content in the App, including content related to the Daniel Fast, is provided for general informational and supportive purposes only and is not medical or nutritional advice. Fasting and dietary changes are not right for everyone. Do not begin a fast or change your diet without first consulting a qualified professional, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a history of disordered eating, have a medical condition, or take medication. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell. You use this content at your own discretion and risk.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App.
You keep ownership of the content you create in the App. By using the App, you give us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the App's features to you, including sending your messages and relevant context to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not sell it.
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to: misuse or disrupt the App or its security; attempt to access data that is not yours; attempt to exceed, bypass, or interfere with usage limits or protections; or use the App to harm others. We may suspend or limit access to protect the App or its users.
If the App offers paid subscriptions or purchases, they are billed through the app store you downloaded the App from (for example, Apple). Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by that store under its terms, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your store account settings. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top when we do. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
