Terms of Use

Bloom is a Bible study and support app. It is not a replacement for a pastor, counselor, doctor, or attorney, and it is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911.

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Soul Navigators LLC, 1640 Clearwater Largo Rd, Clearwater, FL 33756, which operates Bloom: Bible for Survivors ("Bloom," "we," "us"). By downloading or using Bloom, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use Bloom

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Bloom.

What Bloom is, and what it is not

Bloom offers Scripture, Bible study tools, devotionals, prayer and journaling tools, educational content, recipes, and an AI companion named Solana. All of it is for educational, spiritual, and personal support purposes.

• Bloom does not provide counseling, medical care, mental health care, or legal advice, and nothing in the app should be taken as such.
• Daniel Fast recipes and related content are general information. Talk with your doctor before changing your diet or fasting, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition.
• Bloom cannot respond to emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the US, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233.

Solana and other AI features

Solana and Strategic Response use artificial intelligence. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or misunderstand what you meant.

• Solana is an AI, not a person, a pastor, or a professional. Use your own judgment and seek wise counsel for important decisions.
• Strategic Response gives you a draft. You decide whether and how to use it, and you are responsible for anything you send. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee any outcome, including in court or custody matters.
• AI features may have daily use limits, and we may adjust those limits to keep the app sustainable.

Free features and subscriptions

The Bible, audio Bible, and many other features are free. Solana, including Strategic Response, requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
• We may change prices or features in the future. Price changes will not affect a period you have already paid for, and Apple will notify you before a higher price applies.

Your content

You own what you write and upload in Bloom, including journal entries, prayers, conversations, Document It entries, and recipes. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you upload. Only upload content you have the right to keep, and follow the laws that apply to you when recording or saving information about others.

Sister Circle

Sister Circle lets you create or join private, invite-only circles for prayer, encouragement, praise reports, and recipe sharing. Before you post for the first time, you agree to these community rules:

• There is zero tolerance for abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Do not share another person's private information, or anything you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use a circle to contact, monitor, or harass someone who does not want contact with you.
• Circle creators may remove members. Anyone can report a post or member, block a member, mute a circle, or leave at any time.

Reported content may be hidden automatically and reviewed. We may remove any content and suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules. To report a concern directly, email hello@bibleforsurvivors.app. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.

Members of a circle are other users, not Bloom staff. We are not responsible for what other members post, but we will act on reports.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Use Bloom to harass, threaten, stalk, or harm anyone.
• Try to break, overload, copy, or reverse engineer the app, or get around usage limits.
• Use the AI features to create unlawful content or to impersonate someone else.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.

Our content

The app's design, writing, Story Library, devotionals, challenges, and other original content belong to Bloom and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the app. The King James Version of the Bible is in the public domain. Bible audio and other third-party content belong to their owners and are used with permission.

Disclaimers

Bloom is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or right for your particular situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bloom and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to Bloom will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Ending use

You can stop using Bloom at any time. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@bibleforsurvivors.app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Apple

These terms are between you and Bloom, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Bloom after a change means you accept the updated terms.
